Modelo Negra works well in this Michelada (It's NOT a beer cocktail; it's a Michelada!) with a mix of hot sauces (or use what you’d like). The Tajín seasoning for the glass rims is a popular blend of chile pepper, salt, and dried lime that you find all over Mexico (also available at Latin markets here). —INGRAIN, Fall/Winter 2019
