Makes 1 cocktail
2 ounces Old Forester Rye
½ ounce simple syrup
1 bar spoon absinthe
2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
Twist of lemon
COMBINE
2 ounces Old Forester Rye + ½ ounce simple syrup + 1 bar spoon absinthe + 2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters in a cocktail shaker.
STIR
Ingredients gently and pour into a rocks glass.
GARNISH
Cocktail with a twist of lemon and serve.
